Contingency Policy for Larger Homes or Yards
We’re happy to maintain properties of all sizes, but some conditions fall outside the scope of our base membership pricing. This helps ensure safety, fair scheduling, and proper labor/equipment coverage.
Contingency Triggers:

Lawn mowing areas exceeding 8,000 sq. ft. may be subject to an additional fee or upgrade to a premium plan.

Multi-story gutter access (above one story) will require safety equipment and may incur a multi-level service surcharge or be billed separately.

Unusual terrain, hard-to-reach areas, or extensive landscaping may require an on-site assessment for a custom quote.
We’ll always inform you before applying any surcharges or adjusting service terms. Our goal is clarity and fairness for both you and our team.
